Dave achieved his Certified Legal Video Specialist designation through the National Court Reporter Association/Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS). He participated in a three-day seminar on the recording of depositions and the accepted Rules of Civil Procedure pertaining to video depositions at the NCRA office in Reston, Virginia, and passed the National Court Reporter Association/Certified Legal Video Specialist Written Knowledge Test, and the NCRA/CLVS Production test in Chicago.
